We travelled 4hrs for this appointment and Dr Mei-Tam provided us with an excellent consultation.
My husbands skin has healed very well with the right creams and Dr Mei-Tam will monitor him whilst he is in chemo and to keep him comfortable.

The lady at the reception was very helpful and gentle in her approach. She provided us with the transport forms to help us with the petrol costs. We really appreciated this after a long trip.

Receptionist was unhelpful and lacked any empathy to help me with a booking conflict. Instead suggesting she would not rebook me until April. People cancel appointments every day and this lady clearly has some magical agenda to make everyone have a rubbish day

Referred to Dr Tam regarding possible skin cancer. I was very happy with the thoroughness of the examination and with the advice given. The reception staff were helpful and kind.

Had the rudest experience this morning with the Receptionist. Never been to the clinic before and called up to enquire regarding booking an appointment. The lady completely dismissed any of my concerns I was having and was not helpful in the slightest. Melbourne Skin Clinic, you need to take a hard look at your customer service, very upset by the way I was treated over the phone. Recommend not even trying to go here.

Fantastic service from Dr Johannes Kern. From providing a handshake entering his room, to listening to everything I had to say, I would definitely recommend.

Very efficient, experienced and professional, medical treatment by Dr Johannes Kern, a personable dermatologist. Dr Kern performed two excisions of skin cancers on my back with precision and minimal pain and was able to inject the local injections effortlessly. (A far superior experience to the treatment I had previously undergone at a supposedly specialised skin clinic which bulk billed in a regional town.)
I can highly recommend this Skin Clinic and Dr Kern, confident that the doctor is a competent, medical practitioner and dermatologist who outlined to me the choices of procedure and his recommendation clearly and precisely. Dr Kern took the time to answer my questions about future concerns and other skin issues I have in detail and with a pleasant manner.
I also found the medical receptionists very receptive and willing to accomodate my needs. Finally, I very much appreciated being informed within 48 hours by Dr Kern, himself, of the pathology results.
