Amazing service. Helen is a great doctor. She took her time to explain every detail to make me feel more relax. I got the medicine I needed for free. They really care about people and sexual health.

Went in yesterday to get a STI test and ridiculous said I had to book online try to book online and the site is constantly done, don’t really understand what’s going on in that building but wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

I am genuinely always impressed by the amazing services and care provided by the staff at MSHC. Every time I have visited I have been met with the sweetest, most understanding and genuinely concerned professionals. The fact that this is a FREE service to each and every person is beyond amazing and is an exemplary example of what our health care system should be.

Waited for nearly an hour with personal leave to get a response that "can you come at 8: 30am - 9am because we're at capacity from then? ". Understand that it relies on the government's fund but this is basically false advertising of walk-in options

I was told at the phone that in my case i need to walk in, then when I walk in I'm told that I need a booking. Totally ridiculous, if you can't do your job then don't do it. I'd give a zero if I could.

All team was fabulous and professional. They treat you very well, you feel truly understood and you can trust them 100%. It was a tough moment for me to go through but luckily they helped me as much as they could and I am really grateful ful for their work. Thank you to all of you for your patience and your performance

The clinic is invaluable free of charge resource that I was unaware of until recently. After being initially overwhelmed by how busy it is, I discovered a team of professional people that do their utmost to put you at ease from the moment you walk in, possess a genuinely caring attitude towards every client they interact with and exhibit zero judgment. I attended the clinic multiple times over the course of a couple of months and experienced this every time.

My treating doctor, Ranjit, was amazing. Exemplified all of the above attributes and truly went above and beyond to assist me. Exactly the kind of person you would hope to encounter when you needed help. All I can say is thank you.

One disappointing thing is that feedback from the anonymous surveys you get sent after a visit don't seem to make it through to the people that helped you - I asked my doctor if he had received the feedback and he hadn’t. So if you have something to say after you've been there, positive or otherwise, say it on here so at least the frontline see it.

Really difficult to get a booking ad appointments are only available half a day in advance. Staff are often hostile and dismissive and can be unpleasant to interact with.

Knowledgeable, caring, and attention to detail. I felt at ease right away and confident that I would receive good medical care. All of the staff were friendly and willing to help. I am pleased with my experience with MSHC.

Amazing facility and staff. I was seen by Dr. Melanie Bissessor and felt very taken care of. She has incredible bedside manner and is very professional. The facility is great too, nurses are lovely and there is an e-queue to keep you informed about where you are in the line. The line moved surprisingly quickly. Definitely come here if you need there services.

They make you take your perfectly fine mask off and put one of theirs on. The bins overflow with masks on the way out and the overall wait is very long. Gp better.

These guys are doing a really great job. Being an immigrant and not treated any different made me feel over the top.
The service and comfort they provide without expecting anything in return is just unbelievable. I was so scared with my first experience with my STDs but the way they treat without discrimination of any kind is really appreciable. Blessed to have something like this in our community, genuinely makes me feel like world is moving towards being a better place. Impressive work guys?

MHSC has fallen off the cliff. I understand the demand for service is currently outweighing their ability to handle the volume, but something needs to be done to manage the load. People need help. It still says on their wall at reception 'walk-ins available', but you'll be told you need to call to book. This tells you the booking system is not handled on site, and/or there is no communication between bookings and reception. Frustrating, but ok. However, they will only take bookings half a day in advance - how are you supposed to plan your visit? MSHC must implement a (better) booking system. The technology exists and is affordable - please use it.

Had a great experience at MSHC. Dr Ranjit was very helpful and put a lot of effort into my case. The waiting time is not too bad either if you arrive early in the morning.

Dr R Samra was an absolute joy to see today. He helped me tremendously and was very informative. His bed side manner is supreme. A very articulate and well mannered doctor who had me leaving feeling very well informed and thankful. Thank you! Jess

Hi team,

you guys made my day today!

I saw Nina for counselling. So much empathy and nurturing energy. Great understanding, conversation and recommendations. You made it easy for me to open up and feel comfortable with you.

I saw Ranjit, great doctor and human being, made me feel very comfortable. He has so much passion for his job and his patients. I came for a screening check and left inspiration!:)

Colette took my blood, I didn't even notice the needle. Such a wonderful and open person with so much positive energy.

Thanks to the whole team for doing an amazing job, your love spreads faster than any STI ever can!

Compliment also for the IT systems, they work well and in alignment, it's easy to follow the steps.

And thanks for the tests and the goodies obviously! ;)
