Good experience all round. I've had appropriate communication early and in the lead up to the delivery. And the delivery driver was helpful and accomodating.

We were very pleased with Melbourne Rotomould’s service. From start to finish it went all very smoothly. We bought a 16.000 liters water tank. The office staff were very helpful, professional, friendly and courteous.

Nothing went right with my order. It took 5 weeks when it was supposed to be 3.
On the day Melro confirmed delivery would occur "late morning or early arvo", the driver "forgot to load the tank". I wasn't advised of the forgetfulness until 3: 30pm. I had arranged to be home with a friend to move the tank - a day wasted for both of us.
When the tank finally was delivered 4 days later (and I wasn't able to be there) it was left 100m away from the house.
I chased up the company (no communication was offered by them) and was told the driver estimated it would be too difficult to drive his truck down. I had a semi down my driveway just a week before no problems.
Totally disappointed by Melro. My time and planning was seemingly unimportant to them. They asked me initially where I wanted the tank placed but completely ignored the conversation. What was the point?
I would NOT recommend this company. When we bought the tank through Bunnings we didn't realise there was a third party involved, nor that the tank was yet to be made and that it would take over a month to materialise.
Next time I will do my research before handing over money for very poor service.

The driver, Alan, went way beyond just being a delivery guy. He help us with his knowledge as well as strength to get the tank on out trailer and even help turning it, so that the inlet would be in the right place when we got it up the hill and into position. I cannot praise Alan enough and you should be proud to have him representing your company. The success of the project was mainly due to him.

Alan was very helpful when he found 2 ladies waiting for the 24,000 litre tank. His expertise and advice saw us helping him manoeuvre our tank in place. Reply nice guy.

Great looking tank, reasonable price, much faster delivery time and at 16,500 litres a more genorous storage capacity than the competition. Geoff.
