AMAZING service! I had driven my partners car with the wrong fuel in it and it was not happy! The phone was answered promptly, time given and full explanation of the process was provided. Quote was given upfront and payment was taken on-site after completion of the job. Full communication at all times about where their technician was and the time he would arrive. Car was flushed and back on road within 30 minutes. Friendly staff all round. Would thoroughly recommend!

Recently needed roadside assist and didn't even realise that I used the same service last time I needed immediate help few years ago, until the messaging came through the same number and I had chat history. Both times services were very friendly yet professional. Quoted price honoured, no extras or surcharge on card, estimated time of arrival was narrow, and reliable. It's the kind of service that you hope you never need, but you sure are thankful that the experts turn up to get you on the road again, as promised on time and cost, and with a friendly face when you're down in the moment.

I had a positive experience from the moment I called to when I had a technician called John come to work on my car. They were able to test & determine if the car battery just needed a jump start or a replacement. I got my battery replaced as it was the original and was on its way out. I have to admit I got great value for the price I paid for the replacement battery and for having a technician come out test and replace the battery. John was great as he informed me about what was wrong and what he recommend. This service was responsive, convenient and efficient. The positive reviews of this service are accurate to my own experience with them. I highly recommend Melbourne Roadside Rescue!

Unfortunately l made the, they say not that uncommon, mistake of putting the wrong fuel in my Seidel vehicle. Incredibly stressed but no need to once l contacted. Melbourne Roadside Julian was out to drain my tank Julian was incredibly understanding and made sure l knew what he was doing as he went along. It was obvious that not only was his goal to do his job but to ensure me he wanted make sure my vehicle was in good shape and going post work Great team Thanks Julian Absolutely recommend

Absolute fantastic service! Felt like a close friend was taking care of my car and not someone I paid for. Had such a positive vibe and was so calm and reassuring when I was nervous that I broke my car. They come straight to you wherever you are and fix you up on the spot.
