Melbourne River Cruises

We took this boat trip to William's town. We had lunch here interesting historic town.we spent 3hours here and returned by boat back to Melbourne. Would recommend taking this boat trip.

Had a fantastic time for my daughter and I birthday. Food wonderful, service was amazing and drinks always on offer. Highly recommend!

This is such a wonderful experience, the food is great, the staff are lovely, attentive and friendly and it's an awesome way to see Melbourne at night. This was our 5th time! We keep coming back because it's so worth it!

Sadly not what we expected. It was so slow, boring and a lot of not funny jokes. We quit the tour after the first half of it.

Thoroughly recommend, bottomless brunch service and food excellent, a must do when visiting Melbourne

The river and cityscape were great, but the AB tour had a total of 5 hop-on and hop-off stops, so it felt like public transport. There was also no sun deck with seats. I would not recommend.

Terrible terrible staff with very rude attitude. Was on the cruise last night, was accused of the older bald ticket handler of not having a ticket as I hadn't bought one off of him (my aunt bought them online) even though he wasn't inspecting tickets. I can't afford the best clothes and this made me feel self concious during the journey.

Alex the deckhand was rude too stared at guests or day dreamed. Barely responded to guests and didn't speak one word to me even when id said bye to him.

It would appear for whatever reason the staff took a disliking to me before we even boarded. Considering we spent 285 dollars to be served quite possibly the worst beer I've had here and the total lack of customer service (or common decency?) Was astounding considering the money you guys make.

The river cruise was lovely. However it can get pretty busy. The back open space can get a bit crowded if you're not early. The captain gave us a nice tour down river to the docks and turned back a to the port. Lovely views of the city from here. It's about $35 per person and can sometimes run late so you'll just have to wait around until it leaves. Probably won't do it again but it's a bit of fun for the first time.

It was a great opportunity to see the city and all it's attractions

We were given a dinner cruise as a Christmas gift. Before the cruise I had broken my foot and when I spoke to them they put us where I was able to put my foot up. The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend doing the cruise.

Absolutely awesome experience. Food was awesome. Service was excellent and the views were stunning.

Highly recommend it for a special ocassion or if you are visiting Melbourne, put this on your list.

Pretty disappointing. Not worth $35 for one hour. It was worth about $12-15. The whole vibe was one of doing the least possible for customers and spoke to everyone like they were children. No welcome, just lots of rules in a patronising tone.

The scenery was great, but there was only about 2 minutes of explanation of what we were looking at. These tours should be educational, not just a taxi ride. Boat captain stopped talking because 'people were talking too loudly', but that meant that those listening weren't receiving anything. They could get headsets for everyone with commentary, or have an educated guide do the commentary and entertainment instead of a frustrated captain.

Staff at the office did listen to feedback and said they would pass it on. Boat itself is good. Boarding location at Southbank is good. If we did it again, we would choose another company.

We have organised the cruise for parent in-law and they had a great experience, attentive crew that were always happy to help.
Far exceeded their expectations, will be glad to book tours again with them.

Did a 1hr cruise, boat was great, good condition, clean, spacious & beautiful. Staff were friendly, hospitable and accommodating. Tour was informative and interesting. Kid friendly too.

This was our 4th time over 10 years and it was excellent 5 star food and service yet again. Can't wait to go back for 5th time. It's so lovely on the river at night.

If you have spare 2 Hrs in MELB - This is the place to go. Commentary from Captain (Jimmy I guess) was great. Learned a bit of history. I personally prefer the docklands tour to the river gardens. Pricing could be more competitive.

Really good value for money cruise. We were late but they still held the ferry for us. Cruise was changed due to the tide but still an excellent cruise. Very informative guide and learnt quite a bit about Melbourne along the way.

4 kids under 7. Absolutely brilliant.
Kids loved every minute. Will definetly be going again.
