Casey's healing practice is full of attention, care and beautiful intention. She is a good listener with the ability to lead her client into a more balanced and connected inner state and puts love and passion into her work, which can be fully felt in her sessions. I am very grateful for her work.

I have been wanting to experience Reiki for a while to address my health and related anxiety issues and finally took the plunge during the COVID-19 crisis with Casey as my Reiki Healer. After the first session, I was amazed at the difference in my whole perspective in looking at the challenges that I face. I felt so positive and empowered as Casey listened and guided me through the process of true healing. Casey also challenges my often fixed mindset and enabled me to let go of many emotions, thoughts and actions that are no longer serving me. I couldn't be more happier at the changes I have experienced in my life and can highly recommend Casey as a Reiki Healer.

Casey, has been so instrumental on my journey to finding a balance mindset. Every session is tailored to me and relative to everything in my life, Casey is a great listener and goes above and beyond to provide strategies and even resources that have helped me with my career development and personal life. I feel so might lighter this week after my last session.

This was my first approach to reiki, and I was surprised by how amazing I felt during and after the session with Casey. I relaxed as I hadn’t in years. Casey’s explanations and advise were very accurate and informative. I loved the whole experience.

Casey is an absolute professional and a natural born healer. From the moment I arrived I felt transported miles away from my stressful day. Her attention to detail made for a total indulgence of all the senses. With her wealth of knowledge and experience she was quickly and astutely able to sense issues I wasn't even aware of! Being my first time having Reiki I was not sure what to expect. Casey took me through her approach in detail, to understand Reiki, what get and what to expect from it. She was very professional but also gentle the entire session. She was able to locate tension, discomfort and health issues in different parts of my body. I am only bringing this up because I have been battling such issues for a long time, so long that I have become accustom to all them. Saying that, I did not even bother to mention them to her so I was very surprised she was able to connect to me in such level. She gave me clarity and direction in what I need to work on to balance my Chakras.
I left feeling lighter, with a clear mind and a sense of peace but I could only start seeing the results after the next couple days. I went back and very glad I did.

My first reiki session with Casey was a wonderful experience. Casey's presence immediately made me feel calm and I was comfortable enough to share the stressors that have been affecting my life. In return, Casey gave me thoughtful insights into the root causes of these troubles and showed me how I can change my thinking in order to positively affect my own energy and find meaningful solutions. The actual healing portion of our session was equally relaxing and enlightening. Casey picked up on things in my body's energy that I had not even considered myself. Afterwards I felt calm and had an increased sense of clarity and renewed strength to make positive changes in my life. I would highly recommend Casey as a reiki practitioner to anyone.
