Recently set up a new commercial kitchen with most of the equipment coming from Melbourne Refrigeration. Nick came out and met with me on site to go through everything I was after and was super helpful as I was / am a total newbie. Almost all equipment I purchased was refurbished with a few exceptions and it's clear these guys really care about the quality of their work in refurbishing the second hand gear as you couldn't tell it apart from the new items. It wasn't all smooth sailing, there were a few mistakes made, but ultimately it was how they addressed them that matters, and once it came to their attention, they ensured the appropriate replacement items were sourced and swapped out as soon as possible. Would recommend and will buy from them again.

Recently bought a new sandwich and salad prep fridge for the shop. Dealt with Steve in sales, who was easy to deal with, reliable and helpful. I knew what I wanted but what I wanted wasn't quite ready for the customer experience. Nick (the owner) did a fabulous and great value job of making the vision in my head a reality. The finished product is fantastic and more than I expected to get for the price. If I could fit more fridges in this little shop I'd buy another one. Maybe I will if I can find the space.
