I must say that it is the best company we have never met. Jim and the team have been recommended by our neighbour who was very satisfied with the roof installation with reasonable price. The team came to our house to inspect the property and provided the quote, then we visited the office paid the deposit. Two weeks later, we changed our mind after we got the total budget of renovation, we decided to rebuild the house instead of renovation. I sent an email to Jim, requested portion refund, and expressed that we are happy to pay some cost and time to the company. Surprisingly, Jim fully understood our situation and sent the full deposit back to us. I must say that it is a team who is not only professional competent, also highly responsible and work ethics. They are someone you can trust and rely on.

Jim answered all of my queries before I accepted the quote and the use of a drone to take photos of the roof is really state of the art. A special shout out to tradesman Steve who completed the restoration in an efficient and professional manner with all of his work being done to a high standard. Many years ago with a storm before Xmas, our roof was leaking and we had ventilation problem in our roof so I called Jim to help me fix the problems. We were so impressed with his professionalism and extremely friendly servie, we always have his name card pinned on our fridge. Getting a roof restoration is an important thing. I was very impressed by Jim and his team throughout the process. Jim provides excellent communication throughout the process.
