Their analysis left no stone unturned and they saved us big time by finding major damage to the structure of a building we had just bought, when others had missed it. I was really impressed by these two aspects of their work.
1. The quality of work is really good. Identified a number of defects a layperson customer would easily miss due to lack of knowledge.
2. The reports produced are well detailed and professional. It provided the ability to deliberate discussions with the builder and get the fixes done.

Post the reports, Joe has taken time to explain the fix alternatives proposed by builder to ensure that my interests are protected. I would highly recommend to hire their services since building a house is a big investment and Joe helps you to monitor if the house is being built to good standards and quality.

The process was smooth and easy until I paid them in full. They were able to do the inspection the next day and given me the report in a timely manner. However, 660 bucks after I had to chase after them to explain my report since i don’t understand anything relating to building. Texted them for a call back and they have never responded back.
I really wanted to give a five star considering everything went really well before I paid them. It was a bit disappointing and for 660 bucks I would expect a better customer service not just vanish as soon as you got the money.

We reached out to him to provide a pre-purchase inspection and he made what was an initially daunting task into a very easy one. You only need to speak to him for 5 minutes to understand how approachable, trust worthy and genuine he is. I attended the inspection with him and took the time to show me things and explain them in detail. The thing I remember most was when he showed me an issue with the house and then turned to me and said "If you were my brother & looking to buy this place, we'd be walking away now". In a world where you have real estate agents acting on behalf of the vendor & telling you everything you want to hear in order to get the property sold for the highest price, it was so reassuring to have someone who a) knows what they're talking about and b) is on your side throughout the process. We're currently using Joe again for another inspection & will be recommending him to all our friends and family.
