My recent podiatry appointment was great – problem solved.
Thanks to Sam and the Melbourne Podiatrists and Orthotics team – customer focus and professionalism are their key priorities.

My sister started seeing Sam last year for foot issues and orthotics. I'm so glad we chose MPAO and Same because the service was 5-star end-to-end. My sister has an NDIS plan, and Sam worked with us to ensure that my sister was able to claim back the cost of the orthotics from the NDIS. Sam was SO quick with his support letters and to respond to anything we asked of him. Pricing was very reasonable and the expert advice and above-and-beyond just really made things so much easier for us. Thank you Sam and the lovely team at MPAO.

I was pleased with available parking! It got better when I met the very personable reception staff at the practice and I was impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail shown by my podiatrist. I wish I had presented at the practice earlier than I actually did.

The people at Melbourne Podiatrists and Orthotics are extremely friendly and helpful professionals. The pain in my toes was completely eradicated by the orthotics they made for me. I wish I had gone to them years ago!

While the staff were nice and enough and proficient, shortly after having surgery on an ingrown nail, it came to pay the bill.

After politely requesting an invoice for the services ($595) I was on the receiving end of a rather humiliating experience. Upon some consulting with staff I was greeted by a very tall man who spoke in an extremely hostile tone. He stated "you must make the payment in full because you might not come back and pay. "

While this may be a fair enough policy, the manner in which I was spoken to left me feeling nothing sort of a criminal. MPO had my phone number, address and credit card details (I had received a couple of previous treatments) and as such had no reason to make me feel like I was a criminal trying to run off without paying.

As such I rescinded several recommendations to friends and clients based on this experience. I wont be going back again.

Clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Your feet are in great hands at this modern, well appointed and relaxing practice.

We can’t recommend MPAO enough! Adrian Bianco is highly skilled and corrected an infected ingrown toenail on our 10-year-old son expertly. He’s brilliant with kids and explained everything as we went along. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the extended evening and Saturday hours allowed us to be seen without any inconvenience to our schedule.

MPAO is a modern clinic with friendly, knowledgable staff and has an excellent array of treatment options and orthotic therapies. As well as providing excellent patient care they offer an orthotic guarantee which from my experience provides great value for money. I would 100% recommend this business for any podiatry related enquires.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Podiatrist was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. Received advice about correct footwear for sports and leisure as well preventative exercise to improve current condition. Podiatrist had a great understanding of my sports injury and is highly recommended.

I had ankle trouble for many years. Rhea has prescribed me a great pair of orthotics. I am back playing basketball again with no troubles.

I saw Sam for a sporting foot tendon injury. He completed a very thorough assessment and diagnosis. The brace and advice prescribed has quickly relieved the pain so I can be mobile and commence rehab sooner.

Sam is a consummate professional. I've seen him a couple of times now and been extremely impressed on both occasions. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but also a very personable practitioner. I would highly recommend Sam and his practice to anyone looking for a gun podiatrist.
