Melbourne Pathology Lalor reviews
6 Absolute disgruntled for the customer service in Lalor, Melbourne pathology. Totally disappointed. Firstly there not enough sitting room for so many patients. As per oH &S rule there should be certain number of people in a certain size of room, conditionally if they are sitting or standing for such a long time. Which is again unbelievable to see in a pathology, where I along with 14 number of patients keep waiting for their turn to come for ages and ages. On top of that some patients who came earlier were leaving after getting hopeless for their turn. These leaving patients were dropping there ticket number back to the tray and new arrival patient was
Picking up the ticket which was lower in queue. This was making other waiting patients too much unfair. Less than 1 star is not available, which I wish to present to you for such a bad experience.
The pathologist was great: did not even noticed when she inserted the needle. I felt comfortable in the space and felt supported by the pathologist
I had a positive experience here. Friendly and informative. Would go back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly attending a health care appointment.
You'd go there and they'll make you stand outside the clinic waiting.yet the doctor's patients are sitting comfortably inside.absolute disrespect and absolute waste of time.find another pathology provider.
In response to the reply below, when I walked in after spending an hour standing outside in the street doing nothing.while all the patients of the clinic are sitting comfortably inside.and the nurse only had 2 people ahead of me. I told the nurse that this is the most awful way to treat patients and she responded by it's the policy.call St Vincent's if you're not happy (and my blood test literally took 3 minutes.not sure why I had to wait for over an hour).
So I rang what they call the "feedback/complaints" line.and the last who picked up the phone was another careless employee who wasn't even happy that she picked up the phone.and her response was.it's our policy.
So for the genius who replied back to this comment.what sorta policy would make elderly people stand outside in the street for over an hour to get a blood test that takes 3 minutes? What sorta policy would say that 2 people would stand outside for an hour and the clinic would lock the door at their face.while other patients are sitting inside comfortably waiting for their doctor's appointment?
Almost zero waiting time in this efficiently run pathology lab. Nurse Sanji is extremely skilled and is a miracle worker. My veins are almost impossible to tap into and I get pricked and prodded several times before they get to the blood and this can be quite frustrating. But Sanji found my vein straight away with almost no effort. Highly recommended.
