He's treated me for different sports injuries / overuse / poor posture / sedentary office work, you name it. Knee, ankle, back, neck, hip, shoulder. Jason massages and works through exercises with me which I then do at home. Often quite simple and subtle stretching or strengthening exercises which we gradually increase until my body is right again.

Della is wonderfull. She diagnosed my issue on the first appointment, she has set up an exercise program and within a week I was walking pain free. I can not recommend Melbourne Osteohealth enough.
