I saw Andrew (the head orthotist) to get my orthotics made as I was having pain related to my foot. He was very professional and customised my orthotics to address my foot pain. Previously, I have had orthotics made elsewhere but it was never explained to me about the structure of my feet and how it related to my pain. In comparison, Andrew was very thorough with his explanations and paid particular attention to my problem. Since having my orthotics made (twice now) with him, walking/running (and just everyday life) has become so much more comfortable. I am very happy with the service here and would recommend +
