The team was very helpful with all my purchases, especially after 'Stage 4 Lockdown' around Metropolitan Melbourne. I've been enjoying the usage of all the products I requested with enthusiasm and determination of getting more better as a musician.

I went to buy a violin bridge. They told me they are not available to fit the bridge for me and recommend me to find a violin maker to get it fitted. They didn't just sell me the bridge with knowing I can't fit it properly by myself. They are honest and professional. Definitely will do business with in the future.

So friendly and the guy staff went out of his way to find what we needed. It's really well priced as well. They have test instruments for basically every instrument they sell which keeps you entertained during the visit.

Staff extremely helpful & friendly. I bought my husband a Ukulele for Christmas. This company was extremely helpful and gave him (husband) lots of hints and help, even gave I'm a discount in his purchases.

Didn't know this place existed next door as it's this tiny inconspicuous treasure trove. Literally has everything you can think off. Nice, patient and friendly staff and a very neighbourhood feel. Went in today to drop off my guitar for what I thought would be a reasonably lengthy repair. The young man fixed it on the spot with no charge. It's this type of service that makes me appreciate why it's important to shop local whenever you can. Have always received this type of service when I have purchased items or just gone in to ask advice. Can't do that online. Great place and great staff.
