I feel completely disrespected. Seen Matt previously, rebooked with him in advance for a reason to have him for no point to me cancel my booking. No contact to me. No email or call or attempt to reschedule. In the busiest time of the year. I haven’t received a reason or explanation. I’m now sitting in pain every other place is booked can’t even make a booking with even a chiro at this point. With the times available don’t suite me because I’m working. This is just weirdly suss to me. Incredibly stressed about this right now I don’t know if I’d feel comfortable even coming back at this point.

Shannon and Darcy have done a fantastic job helping me recover from various athletic injuries including hamstring tears, adductor injuries etc. They have also shown me some very effective exercises to help me ‘pre-hab’ and prevent the likelihood of further injury. Best place ever! Thank goodness we’re out of lockdown and I can come regularly!

They understand the exact muscles that need the work and explain to you thoroughly what’s going on that’s causing the inflammation. A lot of the other Chinese remedial places do a good job but you can’t explain to them in English precisely where they need to focus

The practitioners here have excellent technique for releasing tension and knots in muscles. Very thorough assessment and diagnostics, too. This is not a 'standard massage, one size fits all' practice and treatments here complement regular training and rehab work for overall mobility and strength.
I came in for some shoulder & lat work with one of the grads (Jack) and it was one of the best deep tissue massages i have had. I had increased mobility and was pain free after one session. There's no rebate for treatments from the grads but it works out cheaper than full price WITH rebate.
Came back the following week to get some glute work - again, awesome job and I can walk without any tightness in hip flexor area.
I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I've been plagued with back problems for some years now. My partner convinced me to try these guys out and in particular Aaron, to sort my back pain via therapy. After 3 months of going to classes and sessions with Aaron i'm now pain free and better still am addressing the cause of my back problems. Can't speak highly enough about Aaron and the business on the whole. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve just had my first experience here and it was epic. Sophia was excellent at finding and releasing problems and pain points. It was a genuine ‘shut up and take my money’ kind of experience. I will be visiting regularly.
