Good store but need to make sure you ask everything including if the warehouse is open for them to service/ repair your phone.

I came to find and try Andy's service based on the strength of previous reviews, and he did not disappoint. We were kept updated with progress - Andy was very transparent and informative (lesson learnt re not to turn on phones that had been submerged), and the repair cost was considerably less in comparison to buying a like replacement - much to my teenage daughter's relief. Thanks very much!

Highly recommended service! I'd replaced my phone battery twice elsewhere and my battery life only got worse, but this time fortunately everything went great. Obviously this is mostly just bad luck on my part, but it was certainly true that the personal aspect of Andy's business and their professionalism put me at ease, in comparison to several repair stores I've been to. Very easy to deal with and super helpful. These guys are professionals, know what they're doing and have a lot of experience. Also keep their promise on the no fix no charge. A lot of good and free advise on how to not only fix up little things on your own, but also take care of your devices, get the most out of your warranty and so on. I've taken 2 phones here so far and have not been disappointed - only repeatedly amazed!

Amazing service! Very happy, they went above and beyond fixing my 2 phones, price was really cheap compared to elsewhere and customer service was incredible! Cannot recommend more highly! Andy was my go to man and very professional, he even came in Christmas day so I could have my phone before I went away! Absolute legend!:)

We had the most wonderful experience with Andy. Not only were they upfront with us about the price and timing of the repair we wanted, when we later came back the same day asking for a data transfer from the broken phone to the new phone they didn't charge us! Very professional, friendly and honest. Cannot recommend this service more highly.
