Great friendly reception staff, very helpful and polite, and a pleasure to deal with.
My officer Bianca, was quite reasonable and professional, and I didn't even wait 5 min before I was attended to.
Overall I was impressed and quite happy with my experience here, thank you.

Went there to have documents witnessed and sent off to BDM, only to see signage saying open by appointment only. Left the premise and made a call to book an appointment. I clearly stated what I needed done and the lady on the line confirmed no appointment was required. Made the trip back only to be told that they don't provide BDM services.which I clearly stated over the phone and the lady on the line acknowledged.

DON’T come here if you want to get your documents verified by JP. They do not provide this service although it’s called justice department.

I went to get some documents verified. They were copied and I was told they'd be sent on to the Birth, Death and Marriage registry. A week later I follow up with the registry and they never even received the documents from the Melbourne Justice Service Centre. Totally incompetent.

This is the location of the adult parole board of victoria as well as a place for parolees to come meet their supervisors.
