5This organisation seems to be conducting illegal activities, which are unknown to anyone and hiding behind education as a cover up. They take people money and never provide the services they ought to. Be careful when dealing them as they are extremely incompetent and inefficient.

Cancelation of a Pearsons exam less than 24 hours notice.
Totally unacceptable
Pearsons said it was due to Melbourne's lockdown, however Melbourne has been in lockdown for over 2 months.
1. Why did the platform allow me to schedule an exam?
2. Why was I only given 22 hour notice?
Message- Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver your exam as scheduled. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Additionally, only an email was sent. No text message. You would think something as important as an exam, a sms or a phone call would not be an unreasonable expectation. This is not the college's fault, however- the short notice is.
