I recently took my TOEFL ibt exam here. It was a great experience with welcomming and understandable people here with great service they have. Thank you.

The experience is obnoxious! I vote for 1 start since there is no option for 0 star. I have a GRE test schedule at 9am 7 Feb, but guess what? No one is here, the center somehow closes but I didn't received any annoucement. There are also some other people who suppose to take another tests, and we waited for over 2 hours, made hundreds of call but no one answer, even call the building manager but they cannot help. It is ridiculous! Pleasee don't reply that you cannot see my name on the list, search for my last name and you will see. Ridiculous!

Update: I just received an email saying that the exam is canceled (5 hours after the scheduled exam time)

Pretty revolting, to be honest. Came here to write an exam and the venue was extremely grotty. Lift wasn’t working so we had to climb stairs to 4th floors… stairwell looked as though it had never been cleaned (ever). 4th floor area smelt of stale old cigarette smoke, and only 2 of 3 toilets was useable. Exam room was very stuffy and there was someone else’s dandruff on the computer keyboard. You may not have a choice in where you sit your exam, but if you do, I would suggest looking for another venue.

Sat for the CFA exam here and boy were the proctors unprofessional. From making calls on loudspeaker to having conversations in the hallway just outside the room where candidates were taking the exam. Imagine trying to concentrate for a difficult exam and having people chit chat beside you.

Amazing experience for my CFA exam. Extremely professional staff. They guided me through their place effectively and ensured we have a quite and calm testing experience. There were earbuds and headphones provided too. They even took care CPA exams last year when I studied with them for my bachelors degree. Highly recommend them. Unlike other colleges and exam centers they are massive and really experts in the industry.

Amazing venue. Took the exam during the week. Very helpful staff. The team went out of the way to accommodate me for the exam which was not paid by me. They were very courteous to sort this out. Their customer service is 24/7 I have never seen any organisation being able to respond straight away anytime during the day.

I plan to take an AWS exam @11: 00am Saturday in MIGC on Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. Got a cancellation notice mail @11: 50am Friday, this leads to I couldn't reschedule the exam since it needs to be done more than 24 hours before the exam. Since I read the mail Friday night, I had to go to MIGC CBD on Lonsdale street Saturday morning, then made a phone call, but nobody answered. Seems office is not open on Saturday. I am wondering why the Saturday is available to choose on exam calendar when I booked the AWS exam? I browsed the MIGC Dandenong test center, seems there is a similar issue there. The email notice is sent in 24 hours before the exam start, that's too late. In my opinion a phone call is needed for this kind of exam cancellation. I had to admit this is very annoying and waste my time.
