Melbourne Indoor Plants

Bought many plants from here over the years. Good plants but make sure you check for bugs etc as some are not as healthy as they look!

Pots are very nice and good quality but on the expensive side.

Genuinely annoyed. Like a couple other people I bought a few plants. Thrilled at first I positioned them in quarantine and waited. 2 months later every single plant was completely covered in mealy bugs and all eventually died. Whilst at the store I pointed out a few plants with bugs and the staff acted completely shocked. However it must be an extremely common occurrence! Extremely disappointing. Think twice before buying.

Thank you for not acknowledging my presence but proceeding to serve the couple who came in after me. I waited another 10mins while you gave them great attention and service. Did not get a hello or even eye contact. I’m sure they had a 5 star experience so hopefully they write a review also. A few other employees were around doing other jobs, still not a simple “hello” or a smile. For a place where there are more workers than customers, I was pretty surprised to feel so desperate for attention. I came after seeing ads on marketplace and loved the look of your plants. I’ll keep buying from Diaco’s from now on.

Meg helped us purchase the most beautiful fiddle leaf fig. Her knowledge and exceptional customer service was refreshing. We have been on the hunt for new indoor plants for a while and have now found the ultimate gem of a place which is Melbourne indoor plants. Will be returning and would highly recommend.

Two months on, after purchasing a number of plants from here, I have experienced thrips, mealybugs, spider mites and whiteflies. These were never a problem with my indoor plants before this.

I contacted the store one month in and was told to bring in the plants so they can recommend some sprays for me to buy from their store.

Edited to add: two other friends purchased a number of plants here and have all experienced the same infestations, esp mealybugs on the rubber plant.

Agree with previous reviewer. Bought 5 plants from this store, all have deteriorated since getting them 2 months ago. Noticed spider mites and fungal infections no new growth. Very disappointed considering I’m new to the plant scene. Waste of time and waste of $$. Never again will I set foot at this place.

Excellent range of high-quality plants in different sizes. Friendly staff who provided me with great advice. And best of all the plants are better value than anywhere else I have previously bought from. Will definitely make this my local from now on!
