After receiving sub standard care elsewhere I was referred to Andrew Cavello and his team to look after a hand injury. Thank you so much for looking after me. The receptionists and therapists are divine and Andrew has been amazing. Thank you!

My appointment with Nikita on Stephenson Road, Mt Waverley went well. However the attitude and customer service I have experienced with the Receptionist on the day is something I dread experiencing again with my upcoming visit this Thursday. The lady is rude and unfriendly. She doesn't look like she wants to be there. I have thought about going to your Mt Waverley private branch so that I don't have to deal with the Receptionist for a second time.

I had an appointment here and the staff were amazing! Really friendly people and great service, thanks to them my hand is all better now.

Years ago Melbourne Hand Therapy assessed my hands as I presented with deteriorating Osteoarthritis in both. They created, moulded a support for each hand to be worn when in pain to avoid overuse on affected joints at the base of both thumbs.

May I say, these supports are still going strong. I am grateful for what Melbourne Hand Therapy were able to achieve in my case.
