This is the place to go for electrolysis in Melbourne! I have had electrolysis elsewhere and have never seen results like this on my hormonal hair caused by PCOS on my neck. I have been doing electrolysis in different salons of the south eastern suburbs for over 2 years and so disappointed. I know for a fact that electrolysis does not take this long and it certainly should not make the condition worse! It seems these places have mistaken electrolysis for waxing or they are just running a money making business by fooling people! I got onto the internet and I found Ghitta, read her reviews and thought I would try. Even though the reviews were fantastic I had such bad experiences that I was still suspicious. Well! She is indeed an expert! Two visits and almost GONE! She is amazing! Ladies don't waste your time or money being fooled anywhere else! I probably will need only one more visit and want to pass this on to all of you.just go to Ghitta! I would say she is probably the BEST in Australia!

I’ve been doing my electrolysis treatment at another place for two years now. I would call myself a loyal client when I have electrolysis sessions. I believed I was getting the best treatment where I was attending. I realised that I should try another place and I came across Gita’s place and saw all the reviews she was getting. They seemed more genuine and heart felt. I believe when you work in a field you should have a passion for what you do, for example helping people or making a difference where you can. I did not feel this at the other place. When I met Gita she straight away showed concern, I knew that she was genuine. I am just writing this because I cannot believe how much my hair on my face has decreased in such a short amount of time. And not to mention my confidence in who I am has increased. I've seen Ghitta for quite a few sessions and she is amazing! I have so much hair and have been self conscious about facial hair forever but I can already notice a huge difference - I wish I knew about electrolysis sooner! If you want poor customer service and a nasty facility, go here. The woman on the phone is one of the rudest humans, which is surprising considering you'd expect hospitality in the hospitality and beauty industry. And when you go in, it looks like they never wipe down the counters, and the floors are disgusting. Considering you come here to get hair removed, I would not want the visible bacteria to be exposed to my skin. There are better places, like Epilase and Victorian Laser, go check them out.

Ghittas machine is far less painful than other methods I have tried. I'm extremely happy with my results, Ghitta is professional and excellent at her job. Recommend!

I first met this Gorgeous Lady at least 25/26years ago, when we were both working in the city of Melbourne.

When she decided to work from home, I was devastated and wondered ‘who’ can I trust & feel comfortable with now!
To my delight, I was offered to join her for my treatments in her private home ‘outdoor room’. Which I have always found extremely clean & tidy at all times, it’s warm and welcoming in the winter & cool in the summer.

This Lady is absolutely the most warm hearted person you will meet. She is always friendly, courteous & greats you with a smile.
She is very professional at her job, her equipment & bedding is always sanitized, clean & up to date with modern technology.

I attended these premises at least every three months for Waxing & Electrolist, and will never go anywhere else.

This is the best place in Melbourne to get electrolysis! I've been to a few places and found this to be the best I now come from South Yarra to Coburg to get treated. The treatments are of such high quality and such good value. Soo happy I found this place.:)

Ghitta is a miracle worker! Her electrolysis technique is flawless - minimal pain, I have never had scarring and her hygiene practice must be impeccable because I rarely have a break out afterwards! (As I have acne prone skin, this is saying a lot!) She makes you feel comfortable and at home, and the confidence she gives me is worth well more than 5 stars. Can not recommend her enough to all my friends and family.

Rude and ignorant. Discriminates across the board regarding alot of different people. All this comes from someone who has completed basic study, has old equipment and works from a backyard bungalow. That says enough. Not to mention that permanent results can not be achieved from this type of galvanic equipment. It's not even the blend method.

Terrible phone etiquette. I showed up and was refused service- "We only take female clients".
Transphobic, rude staff. Also, very expensive compared to other places in melbourne. Go elsewhere.
