Ordered my Verney Carron 12G October 2021 and waited patiently over 6 months for a “Christmas” delivery ended up getting to me just before the 2022 duck season after multiple calls. After all this had to negotiate with getting a sythetic stock to appease another customer who was adamant on receiving a wooden stock. I was promised a wooden stock for my patients as originally ordered.here I am end off 2023 still waiting for it. Terrible customer service, happy to take your money and not deliver a product. Do yourself a favour and go around the corner to gun emporium.

Love this place mate those guys are the best, was my first gun and i was so confused, but they were so helpful and informative they will tell you everything you need to know as a newbie.

Generally good customer service, although I have found that staff can be inattentive on occasion. Otherwise, the selection of firearms and ammunition available is very good.

Great gun store, all staff I’ve come across have been really forthcoming with their assistance and more than willing to help you out with knowledge and recommendations.

Recently participated in their gun safety course. It was a very well ran and informative session taken by very knowledgeable instructors. Highly recommend for newbies like myself going for their Cat. A&B. Great shop with very friendly staff.

Never answer their phones. Have been in store as well and phone has been ringing and they don’t even answer out of courtesy to put someone on hold. Mate has also been calling them in regards to a late rifle. Got told 2 weeks when he first ordered it. Been a month and a half now. Can’t work out how to solve the issue as they won’t answer the phone and he lives far to just drive and sus it out in person.

Completed my firearms safety course here. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to answer any questions about firearms and firearms safety from us novices without making us feel foolish. I look forward to making my first firearm purchase through these guys, when my licence arrives.

What an absolute Legend James is. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me find a trigger guard for a very sentimental, old air rifle. Not only did he find it, he didn’t even charge me and sent it to my house. This is the sort of care you’ll get when you deal with James. His wealth of knowledge and attention to his customers is second to nun.
