Just call to make an appointment which was easy. We visited another buyer who wanted to rip me off. Make sure you get what is quoted per gram and don’t fall for pushy sellers because they think you are desperate for cash. I wasn’t in a hurry so I wasn’t being bluffed! I have sold both Bullion and gold jewellery multiple times and have gotten the best rates each time. You won't get shafted on price, or pressured to sell or anything like that and the owner Reece is also a really nice guy and makes the whole process enjoyable.

If you are thinking about going to this place; don’t.
I definitely understand he’s trying to run a business, but to tell someone who is trying to part with their deceased mothers jewellery that “the diamonds are worth nothing they are to small”……a direct quote from the owner.
Is kind of cruel and tactless
Not really that great for business to behave in a way that makes a potential customer feel like even more awful, considering it’s already a really painful process.
Kindness and compassion really aren’t that hard, Reese.
I saw a previous review that called him “empathetic”…… yeah not so much, maybe if you are going in with huge gold bars and diamonds the size of dinner plates he might treat you with a bit of human decency.
And just an FYI
The diamonds were in fact worth something considering another place gave me a great price for them and were extremely helpful.
