Mick is an absolute legend! Spent 15-25 minutes over the phone helping me with my garage door. Fixed this issue. Then when I offered to pay he said no way. Then he said he would come around when he was in the area and check to make sure everything was ok. Just sensational service! And even if he would accept my money he is very competitively priced anyway. Highly recommend this man and business!

Quick and efficient. They installed a new slimline Merlin motor with fobs that replaced an 18 year old Merlin bulky model. It used to be so noisy. Now quiet as a mouse!

The team at Melbourne Garage Doors are absolutely fantastic! Our motor stopped working at 5: 30pm and we had a brand new one installed and working by 7: 30pm. We had a spring go and were stuck in a difficult position with car stuck in garage. We called on a Saturday morning and he gave us a two hour window that he could make it and everything was as promised. Others we called had their phones ring out or went to voicemail, another text back to say they could come out in a week. Don’t bother calling elsewhere you’ve found the right business to fix your garage door

Mike and Isaac came to look at and repair our garage door as we were having trouble with it. After we called them an appointment was made and they came out really quickly to fix the problem. They were professional and friendly and their price was really reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Called Melbourne garage door repairs and spoke to Michael as my garage door would not work and was beeping 3 times. Michael advised and guided me through a reset step that fixed my garage door. He could have easily come out to my property and charged me for the service and i would not have had a clue but this true gentleman gladly helped me over the phone on a Friday evening and saved me at least $150 service fee. This kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find in any business these days. I would highly recommend their services to all. If i could i would give them 10 stars.

They are highly recommended. They gave us same day service & repaired it very efficiently & very quickly, all included in their visit charges.

Although I did not end up needing the repair done, I still want to leave a review. The gentleman I spoke with was fair with their quote and helpful but what is really telling of good character is that when the repair was no longer required and I rang to cancel, he remained friendly and understanding.
