I ordered a leather sofa online and went personally to the warehouse to check the quality of the sofa. I was served exceptionally well. The team communicated regularly regarding the delivery and I am truly happy with the purchase.

The furniture people were lovely and helped us choose the right couch for us. Jhonamie helped us with the invoicing of the couch and provided us with great customer service. The couch is great quality and great value for the price.

Very bad quality products and bad customer service. Products will be delivered in foreign language instructions and it's very hard to understand, Never ever even try them.

Carolyn range is awesome, recently purchased a corner desk. Very elegant classy look together with the matching bookcase and bench.

We purchased a tv unit from here and it came as advertised, it’s good quality and was easy to assemble. Most importantly it was at a great price! The customer service was good. There were none of these units on display but she was happy to open the box for us to see the colour. Very happy with the experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We received a damaged beyond use pantry cupboard in October and we are still fighting them for a refund. We cannot believe how poor their customer service is.

We bought a lounge which is ripped, will not answer emails now, will not fix. Hopefully we can visit you soon:)

What a delight to fine such a wonderful company from the moment we called to enquire on a lounge suite that happened to be floor stock David advised that he would prefer if we inspected the suit before delivery.
Lucky we took his advise as the suit was way to big for our new home and we found the perfect replacement at a wonderful price as well.
Delivery was arranged and we were called when it was in its way, the customer service continued with the two most delightful men who assembled our suite, took the rubbish as well all with a smile.
We recommend TFP to all our family and friends everything went perfectly.

I am repulsed and offended by the low quality of service provided by TFP customer service representatives. I wrote to the customer info team to follow up on delays regarding my order and the most recent response I received from Brian was 'I would suggest you take a chill pill and wait for the furniture'. As a company that 'takes pride in providing outstanding service to every customer', I see no reflection of that among your team.
I would suggest that you review your staff member's performance to see if they are fit for their role in customer service, and If your staff lack the patience and capacity to communicate respectfully, I suggest that they step away from customer service over all. I would not want the next customer to undermined and disrespected by your staff.

They sent me a damaged furniture. I sent them an email about this and they made it so hard to claim. I won't use this company again as it is not a good quality of furniture and they rejected my claim as the furniture is already assembled. I just wanted to them replace the door which was damaged.

Excellent. The couch is great and everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Couldn't be happier.
