The worst customer service possible. Wouldnt get there sales team to call me.then when I asked for a manager she wouldn't put me through. Kept asking why I wanted to complain.
Good luck to this company with her answering the phones.
I wanted to use their services but not now, and I will tell everyone in the industry to stay away!
Really poor customer service.
I made an order only to be told the order minimum was $200. I made my order over $200. Then reviewed an email saying the minimum was $300.
I sent 2 emails to clarify. Never heard back. Then phoned to enquire, was told being transferred to a supervisor, spent 10 minutes on hold an eventually gave up. Will never order here again.
