This business is fantastic. From the moment we stepped into their showroom in Bayswater until the floor layers walked out of our apartment 2 months later, everything went to plan and the result is just what we wanted. Replacing carpet throughout a 2 bedroom apartment in an assisted living facility with vinyl planks presented all sorts of challenges, but the Melbourne Flooring team of Messih and Fred made the preparation easy. Advice on the correct product, a detailed site inspection and measure up, and a fully detailed quote with the only variances being for unseen sub-floor issues. Dates for the job confirmed and reminders issued; installation team Milad and MJ arrived dead on time; all the equipment and stock with them; started and finished each day with consideration for surrounding residents; site cleaned as the job progressed; finished right on time; a great result for us.
