We’ve had other past elevator companies come in and try and fix our elevators just for it to break a few weeks later. With bad customer service and a rude technician.

We called up Melbourne elevators they were very professional and they send out a technician to come fix our elevators without any dramas. The best thing was didn’t have to sign up to any long maintenance contract with them. You can do one time fixes. Elevator has been working perfectly smoothly so far. Will definitely recommend Melbourne elevators to anyone wanting to find competent technicians to fix your elevator issues.

My experience with Melbourne Elevators was exceptional, with Scott from Senior Management, Amber our Project Manager, and to the first class engineers Ben and Justin who were brilliant with their instalation work, diagnost faultfinding, and overcoming all obstacles.

We now have a maintenance contract with Melbourne Elevators, and their work and professionalism is as thourgh now, as it was during their initial installation work.

Our Apartment building now has great lifts, and a great service team behind them, and we are very grateful for all their assistance during a very difficult time.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone or any organisation looking for a top class service provider, and I personally intend on being a long term customer.

I have worked with Melbourne Elevators on both residential and commercial projects. In all projects they have been professional customer focussed. Great focus on quality.

This company has the worst customer service ever, I’m assuming they only want big companies business, not single homes. They were 3 months late on delivery and then they have taken 3 weeks to install our lift that is still not complete and when you contact them no one calls you back. I would never recommend this company.

Found that Melbourne Elevators installers were friendly and really professional on install and service. Good communication and found them to me prompt on delivery and install.
