Dr Saracino was so lovely, I can’t thank her enough, I was feeling so overwhelmed with my condition and embarrassed and I feel like a new person. The treatment has worked and I have a new lease on life. I can’t thank her enough. Her therapy dog is just so adorable. Thankyou so much

Have had by a small annoying issue for a few years…. And have seen a few skin specialists in the past.but finally came here to deal with the problem head on once and for all. So glad I did. The staff, the nurse and Dr Saracino are fantastic.

Dr Pérez is the best. I got an autoimmune disease, due this I was losing my hair. With the treatment Dr Perez gave me I’ve recovered my hair. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. $280 for 2 minutes. Dr was rude and could not help, actually said ‘what do you want me to do? ’ then sent me to another dermatologist. They wrongly processed my rebate which has cause me to have to spend a lot of time fixing their mistake, even needed to go in to Medicare. Loretta, the receptionist has also been rude with no apologies for their terrible service.
Do not go here!

Terrible, please don't go the people want only your money. They did not help me at all, they were to pass a reference to another doctor by email and never arrived. Don't waste your money and time.

I have a very stressful medical condition, I was referred to this particular clinic from my GP. Was notified that there would be a trainee service dog in the clinic so would assume that my REAL service/ emotional support dog would be welcome.
The doctor I was meant to see unfortunately decided that only HER trainee dog was allowed in the clinic and that I should put my ACTUAL SERVICE DOG OUTSIDE.
This clinic specialises in skin cancer so you would think the doctor would have more empathy.
When confronted why I had to put my dog outside, I was asked to rebook my appointment and leave the clinic.
The doctor then proceeded to POST A LETTER the day after I was rebooked and asked to leave, stating that she didn’t want me back at the clinic.
ALL BECAUSE I STOOD UP AGAINST THESE KAREN to have MY ACTUAL SUPPORT DOG with me.
Am absolutely revolted and think the receptionists and doctor should be fired!

Dr Saracino is fantastic - so friendly and helpful. I have been having some reoccurring skin issues for a while and feeling so frustrated about it and not sure what to do, but she made it so easy and clearly explained everything. She was very patient in answering all my questions.

The women at reception was great too very helpful and welcoming.

The therapy dog Bella is very gentle and just the cutest

Dr Saracino had been my family dermatologist for years. She is the most thorough, considerate and caring specialist I could ask for. She has treated my skin for several conditions and more recently, has taken care of my young daughter. Nothing is too much to ask of Dr Saracino, she is efficient and always does what is best for myself and my family. I couldn’t recommend her more.

It is fine, they listened to my concerns and explained my options, I was able to choose my preferred way to continue my treatment. I think Dermatologist in general could give more information on complimentary diet to assist with skin concerns or work together with the nutritionists to do this, also would be helpful to give more indication on the type of aesthetic treatments to support the process too.

The derm didn’t even bother to take a look at my skin carefully or answer my concerns - and directly put me on tret when I didn’t need it (confirmed by my current derm). They also made the same mistakes twice on my prescription.

Dr Con is really great. Staff are wonderful and the system for my treatments is very effective and time efficient.

Dr Con Dolianitis was great. Most specialist consults I leave still not fully understanding things but that was not the case today. Dr Dolianitis explained absolutely everything.
I also really appreciated his caution when creating my treatment plan. Big thumbs up
