Great first appointment. Relaxed with lots of great information offered about the different options available to achieve the results I am seeking. The doctor was down to earth and friendly.

Sherrie is one of the best dermatologists I’ve come across! I’ve had a range of issues with my skin and procedures and she is the only dermatologist who takes the time to listen and help!

I’ve been visiting Dr Sherrie and her team over the past 4 years to get different laser treatments as well as skincare consultations. I am occasionally busy so I try to make appointments when I can but Sherrie always tries to work around my schedule. The team is really friendly and they ensure you are always comfortable and they don’t keep you waiting. Sherrie is also a delight to talk to.

This’s my fourth time visiting the clinic. My skin has improved a lot. It’s smoother, brighter and clearer. Highly recommend the clinic.

Sam was amazing! She was incredibly educational and helpful in so many ways- I’m on my second session of getting my moles removed and it was just a cruisey and quick process. I’ve booked in a facial also and am super excited to return and see my results. Definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely love this clinic and the staff here at hemac. Everyone is really friendly, caring and the service is amazing, especially Sam. They were always willing to answer my heap of questions and made me feel really comfortable when doing treatment. I live quite far from this clinic but its so worth the drive to do mole removal here. Dr. Sherrie Chew is the best Botox practitioner I have seen in Melbourne.
She is professional, experienced and has a very light touch. I have previously visited other practitioners and didn’t realise how varied results could be until Dr Sherrie administered my Botox.
Her attention to detail and symmetry meant I experienced no drooping and perfect aesthetic results.
I would not go anywhere else except HEMAC in the future.

Dr Sherrie took time to answer my inquiries and explain my treatment plan. I was kinda hesitant to do it because it was pricey and it’s my first time to do a laser treatment so I’m more worried of the downtime but Nurse Ken assured me it will be worth it. I did my first treatment which is Fractional CO2 Laser and I am very happy with the results, the dark brown spots were totally gone, and my deep acne scars has softened. I got my confidence back to go out without wearing any make up. I’m looking forward to coming back and have my skin maintenance in this clinic.

What I love about the clinic is the professionalism and patience of the doctor and her team. Dr Sherrie is very detailed with her explanations and never once rushed through the appointment even though there were other patients in queue.
