I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new RAV4 from Melbourne City Toyota. Luis and the team were extremely helpful in arranging a test drive and discussing the various options, whilst Chris explained my financing options in a clear and concise manner. I would definitely recommend Melbourne City Toyota to anybody in the market for a new or used car.

Pretty dodgy service. The staff talked me into including more unnecessary services after they saw me wanting to do the basic service only. If didn't check the booklet I would have agreed and paid for something extra and useless. That's how they mislead their customers for extra $$

This is the second time I buy a car from Melbourne City Toyota. The salesman KJ was very professional. He knows a lot about the product and the way he explained it all was amazing. KJ is an asset to this dealership. Will definitely buy my third and fourth car from here. Thank you Melbourne City Toyota, and KJ for this amazing experience.

A rollercoaster of an experience.
In November 22, we purchased a second hand vehicle from this branch through Jimmy from the Secondhand car sales department and the experience was amazing and a breeze. Couldn't have asked for better experience in purchasing a vehicle. Jimmy was punctual, responsive and honest. We bought our car within 7 days of contacting Jimmy and test driving it.

Moving towards the new car department - what a train wreck.
I had initially ordered a Toyota GR86 since Feb22. After 11 months of wait, to only be delivered the wrong car. An automatic instead of a manual.
Communication was the key here - it was non-existent from the get-go. Should have heeded the warning signs.

The mistake that happened was truly due to the lack of communication. The original order when I placed it was so new, that the sales staff - John had no option to even chose manual on the paperwork. However, from Feb 22 to Jan 23, a confirmation was placed on my behalf without me being informed. As it turns out that GR86 order had now turned into an automatic. I would like to stress on the fact that no communication was ever given to me from their end.

Imagine only finding this out on the day of the collection of your vehicle. This is what happened.

In the end, I was told I had to pushed back in the queue if I wanted a manual. Sales staff John maintains his innocence leave the Finance Department to save the day.
The finance department came back with the most reasonable offer which is to cancel the order and I decided to cancel.

Truly "Oh What A Feeling".

Things worthy of noting:
The finance department was brilliant and handled all issues professionally. From the purchase of my secondhand vehicle to the cancellation of the wrong car.
Communication was prompt and so was the follow up.
Thi Nguyen and Toyota Finance are to be commended.

Honest car dealer Izzy is the man to deal with great sales rep, honest person. Was sold a 2014 Renault that engine blew 10 months after I purchased it & ran out of warranty. I was looked after is all ican say with no hassles

Just want to say thank you to KJ when dealing with him re: Rav 4 Hybrid. He was helpful throughout the entire process and even messaged me on his day off! Terrific customer service, can't recommend KJ and the team at Toyota more highly.

Last service for my Aurion and pads for my rear brakes. $700. Bill was charged $12.charge for using my credit card Visa. Now is that a rip off from the world's richest car company or what?

Ventured into the dealership and met with Daro Ty, in the used car section. He was very helpful and showed us a lot of cars. We were looking for my son’s first car.
A very pleasant and courteous person, he tried his best to find us a used hybrid car but sadly in these days of shortages, it is hard to come by. Overall our experience was very nice, despite not being able to source a car through them.

My dad bought his first car from Melbourne City Toyota and love the car. I was there the process was helpful and would recommend Daro he is the best, friendly and have a good team with Chris the finance manager also helpful and friendly. Appreciate it.

Went in to buy a new Prado and get some advice… older English bloke says… it’s all on line mate…. Went to Le Mans in Geelong Road Tottenhsm same arvo…salesman greeted me at door… gave me his card.went over best model to buy… organised a test drive for next week and got me a cup of tea… I’ve no idea why City Toyota even have a show room? !?
