I have been a patient for many years and always had good service and no long waiting times. Appointments have also been readily available.

Just remember to take note of the time u spend in the room, if it's less than 15mins, make sure they charge u $95 (standard visit) instead of $130 for long visit

Visitor Melbourne, I fell sick on the flight. The receptionist was very accommodating and helped me get an appointment. Dr. Dan Lee was very very helpful and compassionate. The medical students who were helping out were also quite sweet. Overall recommend.

I would give less than one star.
1. You wait about 40 minutes past your appointment time.
2. The asian nurse who took my blood sample there was one of the rudest and most obnoxious people I have met.

Booked online for a booster shot, they do not provide disposable face masks but reusable (good on them for saving turtles but does not feel very hygienic during this pandemic). Unbelievable thing was that on their website or anywhere, even when booking, they do not state that they don’t provide covid 19 vaccines for people without Medicare when vaccines are free for everyone in Australia from medical clinics, I do not see why Medicare is necessary for covid vaccines.

Quick, knowledgeable and pleasant doctor and unlike most places in the city they could see new patients. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Doctor Schifter was very professional and open to my input on my treatment plan and what I should be prescribed. Very conversational and clearly wants to develop rapport with patients. I will come again!

I found your clinic very warm and welcoming and made to feel very at ease as it was my first visit. I was very impressed with Dr Yang as he was very attentive to my health problems and has worked out a plan to help with my skin problems and allergies and he will be referring me to a dematogist if present treatment needs needs to be augmented by a second specialist. Very thoughtful and gave his full attention to my long standing health needs which I had no resolution to with a previous doctors clinic.very appreciative of his time and involvement in working outthe best solution for my needs. Will be returning to his clinic to have his oversight and help for future appointments.judith Beavis

This clinic provides very good service and when I requested an urgent certificate they were very quick to respond.

Bad staffs charge me for no reason, and told me all doctor is sick when i am arrived.why booked me in then?

Dr Yang is the best aesthetics professional. He made me comfortable and answered all my queries in puqo, threads and ultra switch! I am going to have him as my GP too since my GP moved to Bristol.

Worst clinic ever. The female asian staff who took my blood sample was rude to me and then slammed the door on me!

Melbourne Medical Centre has friendly staff at reception who are always helpful. Dr Dennis Schifter is caring and very knowledgeable. He is an excellent General Practitioner.

The one star review is for the passive aggressive receptionist Lauren. I had an appointment with Dr Dan Lee this afternoon, she was amazing and thorough so no complaints there. Lauren on the other hand - the moment I stepped in the clinic she was hostile and rude, she then looked me up and down and advised that the clinic does not bulk bill. I advised that’s not a problem but it’s not on the HotDoc website when you book for an FYI. She passive aggressively and rudely said Ah no it IS there to which I replied that I couldn’t see it but all good. Lauren clearly is one of those people who lacks customer service as she again rudely spoke to me and said it is there. After my consult I came out and was served by the other receptionist who was lovely. As we were finalising payment, Lauren unnecessarily leant over and interrupted our encounter to tell her coworker and again, passive aggressively that “I’ve just checked the website and it does say it”. Completely unnecessary and just looking for an argument. If you hate your job so much babes just quit clearly the medical field is not for you. You make the medical centre look poor and unprofessional. It’s not a good look for them.
