Bought a car jaguar f pace 20 one and half year ago. Door handles already start loosing the colour. Called Doncaster showroom where I bought the car from no response in four days. Left message left email no response at all such a big company but service is very bad. Still waiting for someone response. Such a nice car but I don’t know what to say about quality.

Our XJL was having some acceleration issues and hesitating. We droped it off and were given a new XE as a loaner, very nice. The next evening after hours I picked up our car and she drove silky smooth, just like when new. Thanks to the team at Melbourne Jaguar.

They wrote off my car. They asked and I paid $3,800 to Melbourne City Jaguar to repair my Aircon and fix a light on my dash on my beautiful 2007 S series Jag. While it was there an employee of the dealership took my car for a drive, had an accident which resulted in my car being a "write off". As compensation for their gross negligence they have offered to refund the $3,800 I paid for the service, but again, only if I sign, wavering away all of their responsibility etc, and that's it!
BTW it took them 2 days to tell me that they had smashed my car?
Apparently, everything now is up to my insurance company!

Very Good Customer Service. - Jessie Grant a Fantastic sales Person who sold the Red Jaguar FPace Fully optioned vehicle to me and followed up with me for all the process over the Phone.

Thanks to Business Development Manager Michael for following with the finance and getting it approved.
