I couldn’t walk on Wednesday but after two sessions with Dr Jon I was very pleasantly happy to be walking again. The processes weren’t too difficult, very different than expected. I highly recommend the process if you’re in pain and just for a check up.

Could not recommend this Chiropractic Clinic enough! I've been to 3 chiros prior to coming here and seeing Ben. The ABC method they do has been the most effective and life-changing (I had only experienced the one where they crack you on the bed prior). I would highly recommend to invest in 2 sessions a week for a long period of time (months/years) as you will see your body unwind like none-other! Crazy symptoms I used to have since I was a teenager (random permanent acne always at the back of my thighs) has completely disappeared within a few months of doing 2 sessions a week with Ben. No amount of acne cream, body washes or anything could permanently make it disappear and I had no idea why I even had that as I had clear skin throughout the rest of my body! The pain I had in my upper body/traps and neck has tremendously decreased. It was once so bad I could feel it walking, driving, everything I was doing!

I’m continuously investing twice a week as there are a few more areas I am curious to see unwind and see my quality of life increase!

My posture is dramatically different to what it was when I first came in. Ben has opened up my chest and aligned the position of where my head/neck sits (it was soo forward before due to sitting down, slouching over and looking at a laptop).

The receptionists are soooo friendly, like the friendliest you will ever come by! You’ll start looking forward to your sessions each week to just talk to them! I’m even seeing one of them this weekend for dinner (because yes they become great friends too)!

I took my six year old to see Sam and the team at Melbourne City Chiroropractic as he had been complaining of a sore neck. He had never been to a chiropractor before so was naturally a little nervous but Sam was absolutely incredible with him and put him at ease instantly with her kind, gentle and fun approach. She took the time to make him feel comfortable and explain the process to ensure his experience was as pleasant as possible and had him giggling in minutes. It is obvious how much experience she has had dealing with young children.

Sam fixed his sore neck and a few other issues that I wasn’t even aware of.

More than 8 years ago my doctor told me that my three slipped discs are "nothing more than wear and tear" and that there is nothing you can do about it and to just accept it. That was a very difficult idea to accept and it didn't "sit"well with me. If you've ever had this condition, it is so painful and incapacitating beyond words.
Prior to intuitively finding Ben at Melbourne City Chiropractic, I would visit Chinese medical practitioners and other chiropractors and was disheartened as this was a continual search and after many treatments I would frequently go through periods of pain during relapses.
I feel I was guided to find Ben, and began a journey of healing and transformation. I was feeling better well beyond what anyone could have done for me before, and so I pursued continual treatment with the goal of restoring my spine as there was "no way" I was going back to that kind of pain again. Within months I introduced pilates and walking as part of increasing my fitness as I could never do those activities before. Feeling confident I started cross training. I was so happy. The exercise, for me, consolidated all the good work I was doing with my adjustments.
Ben at Melbourne City Chiropractic has totally transformed my life. I'm strong, healthy and happy. This method of Chiropractic affects the body, mind and spirit and in my opinion very important to not only correct structural issues, but to form part of a preventative health regime. To say Sam & the team are amazing is an understatement. I had old injuries & body discomforts that previous chiros & physios told me I just had to live with.
