I just received my amazing tree. I have been purchasing my tree's for years from this company and the service, quality and delivery experience is always 10/10. I’ve chosen a tree perfect for apartment living which has been so hard to find. The smell of the beautiful tree goes through the hallway and just gives you Christmas vibes. Thank you again for making another Christmas beautiful.

So impressed with the quality of our 6ft tree, especially for the reasonable price point. It’s almost like it’s still live, it was so fresh on arrival. I was sceptical about having someone select & deliver my tree, sight unseen, as I would normally want to do that myself. But Melbourne Christmas Tree Farm carefully chose a perfect tree, and left it safely on our doorstep 24hrs after ordering it. Lots of good sized healthy trees but many didn’t have price tags on them so that’s was frustrating

I purchase my Christmas every single year from these guys. I know it’s early but I love ️ Christmas and went and got ours today… like always it’s a beautiful tree…but this year the smell is breath taking… it’s the best smelling Christmas I have ever smelt in my life.thanks again guys. This Christmas Tree farm has been around for 30+ years and has excellent quality Christmas trees and customers service. In the last few years it has a Christmas Market every weekend before Christmas.

I have been going to Melbourne Christmas tree farm since I was a young child. This experience I now have with my own children who love the joy of selecting the perfect tree, getting to cut it down and take it home. The tree farm staff are a family business who care about their customers, their father used to sell my family Christmas trees and now the sons sell the trees to me, I love this and as they really want you to come back every year and remember you each year. This year we were so busy we selected delivery, it arrived fresh and green and the delivery driver carried it through to my outdoor area where a temporary bucket of water was waiting. Thankyou for my beautiful 2.1 metre tall tree that makes Christmas really special. People comment every year in our beautiful tree.

I've wanted a real tree for years, but never been able to afford one. This year, my partner surprised me with one as an early Christmas present as I'm having surgery and won't be able to do my normal Christmas tree decoration tradition with the kids.

The tree is amazing. It's so full and vibrant, and my house smells beautiful.

Went there yesterday app 30 stalls inside &outside hopefully will get more stalls in the next couple of weeks.

We had a terrible experience with Melbourne Christmas Tree Farm and I could not recommend them to anyone in good conscience. Communication was extremely poor and our tree was delivered two days after our requested date. We received multiple assurances that it would be arriving at different times on different days, including one call at 8: 30pm the day after it was supposed to arrive saying it was half an hour away. The office told us the drivers were delivering until 2am so we stayed up all night waiting - the tree never arrived and didn’t show up until well into the next day after several more phone calls.

Trying to get a reasonable refund or even an acknowledgement that we had been screwed around was like pulling teeth. Again, multiple calls and emails that were never returned. Eventually two weeks later I managed to get the phone number of the manager from one of the office staff. The manager was rude and dismissive of our complaints. He said we getting back to us had been on his “to-do list” (for two weeks?), that the tree had eventually been delivered so we had no reason to complain (refusing to acknowledge that we had been outright lied to multiple times and wasted several hours of sleep waiting for the damn tree), and that they had a “two-day delivery window policy” so there was no grounds for a refund (note: there is absolutely no mention of this ‘policy’ anywhere on the website and I’m pretty sure it was a recent invention to try and get us off his back - at any rate it was definitely not a binding policy).

He eventually agreed to speak to the owners and we were issued with a refund for 1/3 of the price we paid, so we effectively got the tree for cost price. While I appreciate that we did eventually receive some sort of compensation, it was certainly not worth the stress and wasted time (if we think of the refund as an hourly wage for waiting for the tree from 8: 30pm into the wee hours of the morning, it still works out to less than minimum wage). Unless this place radically rethinks its management and who it hires as contractors, we’ll be going to the Scout Hall for future trees.

This place is so amazing the bloke who owns this was a legend up for a chat even though they would have been questions everyone asks he was still keen to have a chat and explain.made my day thanks heaps

My experience at this farm was amazing my kids enjoyed cutting a tree today they love the polar express bus and the way to collect our tree was different but very organised. Apart of our experience I wasn’t agree how people can treat staff so rude and tough, one of the ladies (staff) she was situated in the field doing payments, she was telling these costumers in good way something about their tree and they just reacted really bad to her and told her off, shut her mouth and said other bad words to her. I think when people do this kind of things they are hiring something or they just don’t ’t want to pay. The staff is really friendly, nice and lovely and I recommend to buy your Christmas tree there! I’ll come again with my family next year.
