I am shocked at the horrible customer service from this company. We had requested to book a transfer for our wedding, I was sent an invoice and asked to pay the money but the invoice did not have any confirmation of time on it, so I requested the details be noted on the invoice so there was written confirmation and after that I was abused by the owner over email! He called me a child and told me to hire another company all because I wanted a confirmation of the transfer details.such a small request did not deserve the awful messages I received. Very disappointed.

Booking was super easy and the whole process really great.
We booked two cars for our wedding day in April 2021 - both Mercedes vans were in great condition, very clean and both cars arrived on time.
Would highly recommend for anyone needing to book cars for their functions

Spoke to Kenny from Melbourne Chauffeurs Services for Weddings to book them for my wedding day. I had been in contact with another company however after some poor communication and no guarantees that I would be provided with the car I booked, I felt I needed to trust my special day to someone who seemed more reliable. I am so glad I did! Melbourne chauffeurs Services Weddings was exactly what I was looking for. I made contact with Kenny as I was specifically looking for a Wedding car as it could fit myself, my mother and 3 bridesmaids. Kenny answered all my questions and made me feel that he had everything under control in the lead up. After experiencing some hiccups with other suppliers, it was wonderful not having to be concerned with my transport. Garry was my driver on the day. He showed up early with a gorgeous BMW 7 series with a white ribbon on the front. He even helped me in and out of the car! There was some confusion about where the bridal party and guests were going due to wet-weather and a last minute venue change. I naturally panicked a little because as we got closer to the venue I realised all my guests would see me turn up and I didn't want that to happen until I was coming down the isle. Garry was extremely calming and not the slightest bit concerned and instead made a small diversion to ensure I was kept out of view until I was ready. I honestly was so grateful for Garry being so calm as it absolutely helped to relax me. This day was so important and something I will remember forever.
