MELBOURNE CENTRAL MEDICAL (Pharmacy4Less) reviews
62Priceline Traralgon dispensed my husband epilium liquid which was expired by 12 months not good enough chemist not open over xmas period to get replacements. My husband is in aged care and they picked up the error.
As a pharmacist myself, i will NEVER recommend going to Dr Asher Freilich. Yelled my name from his room and the ONLY thing he asked was if I needed a med cert.here is the whole conversation: he asked “how can I help you? ” looking at his computer. I said “i have been sick since yesterday afternoon. ”. He then cut me off from my speech “Do you need a med cert? ” (Confused as to why he is already asking this question) “yes i will need one. ” he printed and handed me one. AND THAT WAS IT! He didnt even ask what symptoms or what the sickness even was. No bp measuring or not even checked my breathing or tonsils. Etc.aka the basics! And never looked at me during the whole conversation.
A SHAME to the healthcare industry!
I would give 0 stars if i had the choice, he should NOT be practicing as a doctor at all if this is the service he provides!
Dr Hin chiu is an amazing doctor.
Very nice, understanding and had a plan to help me. 10/10 recommended.
Very nice staff and respected pronouns and preferred name. Help me call and find out about problems I can't get in other clinics️
Many mates who attend here.have heard naught but good about it.would recommend on this basis alone
Came here for a vaccine and it was so quick & easy! Staff and doc were very friendly, efficient and professional. Whole thing took only 15 minutes, and I booked online 5 days in advance.
Booked covid 19 vaccination at this centre. It was easily accessible. And took exactly 5 mins to come out of the centre. Wonderful experience.
I called to confirm my booking and a person picked up the call, and when I was about to ask my questions, she hung up on me, I was like "what the hell? ! " I haven't even said anything, when I need information about the third dose vaccination and this is the help they provide. That's just so rude and unprofessional.
Absolutely disgusting, and all around low standard! Customer service is appalling, with poor attitude and lack of interest in doing their job. No respect for the stores customers and forcibly made into buying unwanted products based on no reasoning, even when asked. Impolite responses and unprofessional shrugs to any inquires. Wouldn't recommend this to place to anyone.
Really good staff who were helpful in finding and prescribing the correct medication for me. Definitely would recommend checking them out if you’re feeling under the weather and need something just to get you through the day; prices were cheap and competitive too!
It is definitely a good place to find the health products. And all the members over there will give u professional help and advice. Love it!
Thank you very much for your outstanding and friendly service helping my senior step mother filling up her medicos!
If I could give no star, I would. I purchased a medi-pak from them yesterday. Today, went to use it and discovered it has a leak. Called them up to arrange for a replacement and was told to contact the manufacturer! I won't be a returning customer, and I'll make sure others know to purchase their items from the other pharmacies, not this one. Unprofessional.
Been over 2 hours since I am waiting to a doctor.
Looks like they only have 1 doctor working at the moment.
Patients after me have been called in to see the doctor. My time was at 9.50am and I am still waiting as I am typing this review at 11.45 am.
How can you been so wrong and off on timeline.
I should have stayed at home to get a good sleep instead.
I am very disappointed. Hope someone can fix this issue.
The cashier was rude, but the pharmacist was super helpful. There was construction sound on the back so its hard to shop peacefully
I went to get my documents certified as copies but they had no idea. They even said I should get them certified by a “someone who knows you” instead, which is just wrong. The Bourke St pharmacy was much more helpful.
Ron, Thien and co are such lovely and friendly people to deal with. Ron never tires and always has a great attitude and always makes sure I know what's going on with my meds. Ron has even helped me when my internet is down to find directions to places, which really is going above his call of duty. I really like this pharmacy for pharmocatherapy (Suboxone dispensary). He treats us well. Also have been observing and keeping up with social distancing rules. Very good.
I should have read the review of this poor excuse of a medical centre before visiting. They place their own sense of self righteousness over the mortality of their patients
Dr asher is super fantastic. He is accessbile efficient and professionals. Want the actual truth? Keep reading.
That was written by Dr Asher. He took my phone out of my hand and wrote it about himself. Almost as good as the time he referred to his patients as "Toe Rags. "
Thankfully I saw Dr. Maxton Brebner who is an excellent doctor. Very professional and patiently listens to your concerns. The wait time as many pointed out can vary. But it is worth the wait. Choose to see Dr. Max.
This is the worst excuse for a doctor's surgery I've been to in 40 year's. I was swapped around between 3 different doctor's with no consistency meaning I had to explain myself nearly every consultation and had confrontation nearly every consultation just to get my daily meds which I have been on for 20 year's and (even though they have been my prescriber off this medication for nearly 2 year's) have been threatened by 2 doctor's at this surgery to cut me off my daily meds abruptly which would of resulted in a seizure and they take an oath to do no harm! Dr Ken Bowes should not be allowed to treat patients as he is way behind the time's and doesn't use a computer meaning he is sometimes blind writing scripts as he doesn't use a computer meaning he can't look up patients historys or access safe scripts which means his patients could be seeing another doctor at the same time and he wouldn't know and the nosey secretary is trying to do his job for him and she (Jenny) is so unprofessional having talked about my medical history and current medications in front of everyone in the waiting room when it is zero of her business, that's the doctor's business. Be warned people, this doctor's surgery mainly deal with opioid maintenance patients meaning methadone or Suboxone. I was asked numerous times if I wanted to go on Suboxone or Methadone and I don't even have an opioid addiction. This place is junky central and if you want the correct care you should avoid this place at all costs. I have taken out full private health insurance to get the correct care I need and is safe to say I will never be attending this poor excuse for a medical centre ever again in my life and have reported them (mainly Dr Ken Bowes). This place put me through psychological hell and they should be appalled at themselves. It's not Melbourne central it's junky central!
