Experts have confirmed that my carpets look spotless and beautiful in the long run. After all, most busy homeowners don't have the time or experience to clean a carpet. The guy was 90 min late & then told me i would need to pay $150 for antibacterial cleaning, not the $59 for Steam cleaning as listed on the website. He also said it would be extra $30 to carry the machine up my one flight of stairs. I said my lease only required steam cleaning but he insisted antibacterial was necessary, I felt intimidated & powerless as I needed the carpet cleaned that day.
He wanted me to pay cash, which i did not have as everything is contactless due to COVID.
I offered to put the aircon on in the rooms as it was warming up, but he said not necessary. He then proceeded to sweat profusely and let his mask drop below his nose. He even sweated on my invoice as i watched.
After being there for all of 20 minutes he charged me the $150 for cleaning 2 rooms & then i went back into discover water & dirt puddles on the floor outside both rooms.
The carpets were cleaned professionally, but the rest of the experience was very unpleasant & did not feel COVID safe. I would not recommend this service especially during COVID
Who doesn't want a beautiful environment. To get back to the beautiful office room, you must contact them. I feel very relieved. I have contacted them for the last three years and will order more in the future.
The technical work was great! Friendly, on time, professional and did a great job. The carpets dried an hour after he got done (we didn't do steam cleaning) and carpet looks absolutely amazing.
