Brick samples outside seems pretty old style although they have some latest inside but customer service is hard to find.

Unbelievably easy service for some artificial grass!
Arranged an after hours quote, was phoned half hour prior to arrival.
Quote was received the next day as promised.
Job was booked in and guys showed up on the day.
Guys did a great job laying the grass and we’re very friendly (even taking time to play with our dogs)

Great variety of available bricks, artificial grass and paving options. The staff are very helpful and gave us references to landscapers to help us with the work we need to do which saves us the hassel of trying to identify them ourselves.

Melbourne brick online service is just as good as their customer service in real life. I spoke to a few staff members not long after after enquiries I submitted online went through. The website is amazing and helped me as a person who never paved before feel like i can do it myself

I found the unprofessionalism of the staff specifically in the accounts section to be appauling. Taking almost 6 weeks even when supplied all required documents from trades references weeks prior to be really poor performance. Unrealistic expectations when applying for credit accounts. Not family business friendly.

Communication and attitudes towards customers and our business was really disrespectful with no urgency or again professional courtesy. The outcome was affecting our ability as a family business to support our client. Staff unable to perform basic maths when calculating supplies and although a refund on this occasion was completed and appreciated, we were advised it's no responsibility of the retailer for the outcome in future. No return phone calls on numerous occasions created barriers in communication, and even our direct customer requested we follow this retailer up. The was due to calling for almost 3 weeks however no return calls were made.

Overall very under staffed and even staff feel overwhelmed by inability to meet demands communicated by the staff to us as reasons to why follow up wasn't completed. Won't be using in the future overall experience has been sooo disappointing even when escalated to higher management, buck was passed. In a time when business and reputation is soo important what a disappointing experience to share.

I went in looking for a price for concrete pavers. I had several quotes for bluestone from landscapers. I live in Doveton. Let’s not over capitalise. The older women (sorry I didn’t get your name). Was so helpful. She knew where I was coming from. She gave me a quote and recommended someone to lay them. It was the best thing I have ever done. Thank you.

Ordered buffalo turf $700 worth for diy project. Delivery service was very good but but turf was looking half dry already. I spent 3/4 on the levelling the ground to make sure the finish would be good but the actual roll or qwelts was so uneven, make the job look so bad. Definitely not recommending to anyone for turf. Maybe other service they provide is good but not in turf.
