Extremely bad and disappointing customer service. We paid to book the court a week in advance. Whilst playing, a lady came and said we need to move our courts as the one we are playing in is only available until 9: 30am - we paid for the court until 10am. We showed her email confirmation of booking court until 10am with no success. She further said courts can change anytime and it is customer’s responsibility to frequently check before and after coming… REALLY!
We were there to play and not to worry about changing courts half way through the game. She wasted our time and forced us to move to another court. NOT BOOKING THE PLACE AGAIN

I enjoy training here, I look foward to bringing my friends and doing 1v1's over here. One of them go to UBC sadly and he doesnt know how great this community is: (

MBC is great I have been playing there for a year the environment is great, the propel there is really kind. There have a lots of training going on most of the time. There don’t have much resting place for the 1st few court. MBC have enough parking for us cause there is people going and coming in time.sometime the parking is full.
A court after 5 pm is $28 before 5 pm is $20

Court is good but they have the worst social club (Saturday night Ken Li). I haven’t played for almost 10 years. Want to find someone to play together. Paid 15 dollars, But the organizer is very rude and keep personal attacking me. So disappointing about this social club. Don’t give money to him.

Don't expect any customer if you're booking a court there. They charge a high booking fee ($28/hour) and 100/% cancellation fee for last minute cancellations. After booking there for a while, we had to do a last minute cancellation once. We were aware of the cancellation fee and happy to pay for it. However, without informing us, they just cancelled our booking. Really surprised!

I’m a beginner trying out the social badminton for the first time, and unbelievably, the owner told me off “No one wants to play with you, and you can’t play social badminton with others because of your level”. And I left after 15 min with frustration. Those harsh words just crushed my interest and enthusiasm for badminton.

I would love to give this court a zero star if I can. Court 1 is so close to toilet and it’s really smelly. The receptionist is so rude+.

The person working there threw away all our belongings without asking. Me and my friend were playing badminton in the centre and when our time was up we went back to where our belongings were and it was all missing. I had my vape laying just on top of my phone, our masks (reusable with chains) and unopened water bottle. When we asked the employee if they saw it, she said she threw them away in the rubbish bin which is so absurd! When we went to the bin to find our belongings she told us to leave the bin alone which is just a joke. Why on Earth would she just throw away customers belonging without any consent and she didn’t even apologise. I told her I need to find my vape and she took it out from the counter. She didn’t even apologise and took our belongings. I MEAN SRSLY THERE IS A THIEF WORKING THERE. If you want to get your belongings stolen please go there
How do I give this place zero star?

Most unreliable booking place. I suggest players to try out Badminton court UBC in mount Waverley or glen Waverley otherwise you will be very disappointed. Made a booking yesterday to play for today sat 12.30-1.30 and this morning on the day itself @0830am they texted and come up with some rotten excuse that they had a glitch in their systems (not the first time glitch happened) so they asked what time my booked time was which I told them and then they replied “unfortunately, there is no court available at that time as there is a competition today”.
So this is the result of making an appointment early. Would not suggest people to come here as they don’t honour their booking appointments, they can’t even tell when is competition and when is not and end up overbooking people and then dashing people’s plans.

Extremely poor booking system. As others have posted previously. Have been overbooked on multiple occasions, and have had to go home after friends and family have driven 30+ min to reach centre. Bookings were made the week prior in person, and visualised being entered into their advanced booking system (aka an excel spreadsheet). They blame IT issues which is just a poor excuse for incompetence at best or intentional overbooking/deleting of bookings to benefit themselves or their friends. Best to confirm your booking on day or risk wasting your time.

Unfortunately the manager was extremely rude and reluctant to be helpful. She was not being nice. Not returning ever again for sure.

Poor organisation. No reliable booking system. Our family booking stuffed up 3 times in the last 3 weeks. People after us had their bookings messed up too. Seems like a poorly organised company. They need a simple booking system for a start. Check your booking before your drive all the way here.

Nice place for. No gimmicks, no expensive promotion, just a very good place for a game of badminton.
We love the place so playing regularly.
Staff is very helpful and very good customer service.

DO NOT spend money to let kids come here to join the school holiday program here! It is terrible! I spent $250 to let my kid experience three days badminton here. However, there is no coach teach the kids (Frankly speaking, I even couldn't see the coach!) The kids just run and play themselves. They learn nothing from here! I really disappointed it!

I would like to know when I can play, whether the price has been adjusted and whether I need to make a reservation.

Strining was in accurate, promised to have the Strining done in one day ended up taking longer.
Not too impressed.

A badminton only indoor playground with plenty of parking. However, the hourly booking fee is a bit expensive.
