Melbourne Art Direct

You should change your opening hours on your website.
It says you are open on Saturday from 9am to 12 noon and l have driven a half hour to get here and you are not open.

I have used both paints and canvases from melbourne art direct. They make the canvases there and they’ve are the best quality and 1/2 the price of the same at Riot Art …. I guess they have less overheads not being in a Shopping centre,

I love this shop. Great variety of things. And friendly helpful staff. However I do need help with a issue.
I can’t get my resin to set properly is there any advice as I’m kind of new to this. Thanks:)

Fantastic customer service and advice. Great product range for all types of art and craft. Shane really knows his stuff. I highly recommend.

Faulty product. Pyramid mould stuck to the resin. Provided all info and despite even evidence of the same batch of resin used with a different mould with no issue these people wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Blamed me for issue even though it was used in a different mould with no issue. Would not replace faulty item even though it is only about $15. Bad bad bad customer service. Lost my business! Glad I only ordered the one thing and not a whole heap of stuff like I was going to. Take your business elsewhere people.
