I spoke to Glenn by phone regarding replacement plastic surface guard leg protectors for cast aluminium outdoor garden setting, which I purchased from them many years ago. Well it was a breath of fresh air speaking to Glenn. He went out of his way to help me, he explained how to remove worn protectors and how to fit new ones. He organized to have protectors ready for me to pick up from showroom, and at no cost. The service I received from Glenn, and the friendly Gentleman in showroom, was exemplary.

Found a lot of material for making anything you would want for your home in regard to latticework. Their products are well made and if you can weld the sky's the limit on what you can design. They can also take orders and have made for you at a reasonable price. Their showroom is packed full of ideas for any who wish to try their hand at something different.

These guys didn't have the specific products I was after but gave me about 5 other people to contact to help me find what I was looking for. Incredibly helpful.
