Chris did a fantastic job upgrading and repairing our MacBook Pro! We brought it to him on the verge of complete collapse and he was able to identify the impending software and hardware problems we faced straight away. He gave us a clear picture of what needed to be done and laid out several cost effective options. He also sent photos to show us what parts needed work and why. We found him to be very professional, efficient, courteous and helpful and when it came to cost, very transparent. We can't recommend him highly enough! Chris is a genius! We had two iMac desktops that had run out of upgrades and programs were not functioning.
We were ready to take the beautiful screens to the recycling depot and have to buy some new ones when I located Chris who said he could help and he did. Restored my iMac's to new condition and now they function very quickly and can run all the programmes we need.
He did all upgrades very quickly and is now always available if we get lost in the computer world (we are in our 70's)
