This is my go to pet store, the staff are so friendly and always up for a chat. The fresh meat is great my puppies love their food and their treats. If I have a question they always help with advice if possible. Love the rewards program I get and always helps.
I recommend getting your dog food from these guys.

I have a kitty with a very expensive teeth condition. I am able to buy his biscuits in bulk for a great price here! I never go anywhere else. PLUS, i’m on their loyalty program so I get every 10th bag FREE

Our place to go. Extremely helpful staff and our Lilly loves coming here. Staff is always eager to help with both personal and professional matters. Have helped with specific needs for my dog and if something is out of stock, always keep it on hand for us. All but good things when coming to visit.

My fave of the "big pet stores", usually has the fairest prices. This particular location has pretty small, tight parking though.

Great store with familiar and friendly staff. Store is always well stocked and products are often cheaper than anywhere else. Love the bird section. Great parrot toys.

I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Their dog toys are as competitively priced even with online prices. They have a wide range of each product. The staff are lovely and always willing to help and offer advice. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Mega Pets for many years and I've always had excellent service.
They have a large selection of goods from pet needs, raw food, treats and dry food.

Friendly staff with lots of experience if your not sure just ask there so helpful. You can walk in on a leash with your dog and the scales are there, a variety of fresh meat, bones and treats for your furbaby prices are good. Thank you again one happy customer

Made sure to be smart and call to ask for price of a product, which, I quote, they said was “$80, ” only to find out upon arrival that it was $130.
Their only response to our inconvenience for a two-hour-round trip was that there was “nothing they could do about it. ” Store owner and staff were very rude, arrogant and unprofessional toward their mistake. I am honestly shocked at the lack of appropriate customer service. Really disappointed

I have always found what I am looking for. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They not only know their products but they have given helpful advice on my pets as well

Good place to bulk buy pet food. Most of the staff are friendly. My pet loves going there as she gets pats and treats most of the time.
