MEEQ was amazing! There is so much variety, studio ghibli to miffy to snoopy, earrings, jellycat, mugs and nightlights etc.staff are kind and its a great place for gifts for friends, family or yourself. It says it is located on G level however it is on Level 3!

I have ordered a gift for Christmas on the 7th of December that should have been delivered at least a week before Christmas. The delivery was delayed and was finally made on the 22nd but not at my place! I couldn't locate the parcel and got no assistance from Meeq nor the sender to find my present on time for Christmas! Thanks Meeq, pretty poor customer service! And I still don't know where my parcel is.

Apart from anything else, the staff at this store are really serious about their work. I feel very protective of the little rabbit

MEEQ has such a broad range of jellycats and other plush toys! It was so cute there. The pricing is a little high but they have to turn a profit somehow. Plus this large of a range is rare in Melbourne.

Amazing! Not only are the toys lovely feeling and good quality, but the store itself has such a nice vibe with lowish sound, light and really nicely set out. The plushie vegetables are my favourite!

What a nightmare!

Recently I have purchased 2 teddy bears online. Contacted the store after waiting for 2 weeks and I have been told that they do not have any stock. They have no courtesy to inform you and had no intention to refund as promised. After waiting for about 1 week I have to lodge a disbute thru Paypal for a refund.

Guess what, the teddy bear is still listed on their website eventho they have nothing to sell! Very dishonest!

Do not purchase anything from this store!
