This clinic is the best! People here are truly amazing and kind, from the Reception Team to all of the Doctors!

The Doctor i had my consultation with was outstanding went above and beyond to assist me. He was so knowledgeable i would trade him in for my regular GP of 17 years. Great job. Great service i would highly recommend Med Mate to any one. Kerry Graham

Paying the extra for priority is certainly not worth it. Other services are faster and likely cheaper overall. I'd recommend only using this service if it's a last resort, not the first option. $55 for 2 scripts and one has to be over the phone despite it not being a restricted medication seems a bit steep even for the convenience.

Extremely poorly run company. I got a script for my 6 year old 3 weeks ago from them. Tried to get another last night only for their profile details to fail three times in a row, meaning I had to put my own details in instead.

Doctor called this morning and we discussed what I needed for both of my kids (who are 4 and 6). Doctor advised me their receptionist would call and create the profiles so scripts could be ordered correctly.

Receptionist just called and said we had to do it online, despite knowing their online kept failing for us. Then the best bit, she told me that they don't do children under 14. Yep. Despite me getting a script 3 weeks ago for my 6 year old. Pack of clowns. Don't waste your tim. Go to Instant Scripts instead.

Had a really rude doctor to begin with and raised this with management as I felt degraded.

Management and the reception staff have been great at facilitating a solution to the issue and made me feel much more comfortable about what occurred.
Following the initial issue, I spoke with Dr Sultan Syed and she was fantastic. She even called back to ensure that I was okay.

What a great service, Doctor phoned me back within a few hours and was extremely thorough with her questions to make sure I got the appropriate medication.
Went to the pharmacy this morning with the e prescription and he simply scanned it and that was that. Excellent.

I can’t rave about how good this service is for people struggling with mental health issues. Cheaper than a doctor and so much more less stress and anxiety. ️

This service is rubbish, I booked a consult/prescription for antibiotics at 8.20am was advised there was a 2-4 hr wait, 6 hrs later still no contact, you can’t ring their customer service number as it’s not in use, I have been laying here in pain for 6 hrs and they have taken $50 of my money, I’d appreciate a refund and will not be recommending your service to anyone!

Very easy process of receiving script for antibiotics online. I went through the digital express consultation online & received the script via SMS within 45 minutes of payment.

It took me quite a bit of searching, but I found the exact service I wanted at a price was that just right. 5 minutes of effort, & I had an online order done & dusted; the service does not replace my GP, but would save me (& the GP) unnecessary appointments at least a couple of times a year. Works for me

I've used Medmate a few times now, and I'm recommending them to all my friends and family. The process was fast, easy and affordable. Even when our local pharmacy was out of stock of a prescription I needed, all it took was one email, and the lovely staff re-issued the prescription, with a medication that was available.
