Very hit and miss. Firstly, Vara is great!
But the team running the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. Called to book for a routine checkup and testing (which I clearly stated to them as blood tests are needed), was booked in for later that day. When I finished with Vara, the pathologist was not available. I asked the receptionist why I was booked for blood tests when the pathologist finished already and she didn't offer an apology but simply stated I would have to return on Monday. I showed up on Monday morning and the entire clinic was closed. Wasted almost two hours driving back and forth to Clayton twice. HotDocs is also a terrible booking system, it won't allow for bulk-billed appointments and requires credit card info to book even for bulk billed. Also be aware that you will usually wait 10-15 minutes for a receptionist to take your call, if at all.not sure why, when I am there, very few phone calls come through as they try to funnel most patient bookings into their online booking system.

Absolutely next level by way of a professional recourse.
After the initial booking expect to have your needs attended to either by way of appointment confirmations or by other such means (via. SMS).

I've going to this Clinic for 7 years now. The doctors & receptionist are kind helping me when in need. At the end of the day they put so much effort into helping alot of people out. Sometimes they don't need to do that. Out standing number 1. Ay cheeky buggerz stop with the bad negitive reviews nhair Grizzly bear giggles

Wonderful Clinic! I recently had a small procedure here and Dr Andrada and Diana the nurse were both great. Very professional and clean clinic.

I had an appointment scheduled with this clinic at 12: 30 pm, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find that the doctor had already left, leaving me waiting without any notice. To make matters worse, the receptionist I encountered was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect for patients' time is unacceptable. I was looking forward to receiving medical care, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their appointment scheduling and customer service in the future.

I’ve visited this clinic a few times and never had a bad experience. Denice, who took my call and made the appointment was helpful and efficient.

The nurses were kind, accomodating, and well mannered. Dr Andrada was very thorough with his examination and made me feel at ease sharing jokes along the way.

Dr Andrada is a very helpful dr I see him once a month the stuff are very polite and respectful would highly recommend this clinic.

I can't believe this place is allowed to operate the way they do, I am very concerned about new patients going with real medical problems when Mr andrada wouldnt be able to pass first assement of a medical exam all he does is write methadone scripts and charged $70 with up to 30 patients a day. 6 days week.very sad I truly believe greed runs this place with a care in the world

When your test results don't come back, they make you two appointments without your consent, then you answer the phone, they charge you twice, it's terrible, it's a robbery, and they charge a lot more than other clinics, so avoid going to this clinic.

This is the place to go if you need help with what they specialise in. Friendly people who treat everyone nicely.
I avoided treatment for 15 years bc of attitudes in the past so go here for genuine help with life.
Make sure to find a good chemist aswell which makes all the difference when it comes to treatment of certain ailments.
Book a week in advance, bc obviously they are busy af.

Dr. Andrada is very patient and takes care of me and my family. The receptionist Dennise always tries her very best to help us. The nurses are very approachable. 5 star service for Mediclinic. Thank you for all your help.

Nurse Practitioner Vara Perikala is really good. Has an in-depth knowledge of Asthma and how to mitigate it. Very kind and caring.
All the doctors and nurses that work there are all great.

Friendly staff, Very clean welcoming environment, While you wait TV, Magazines & great books to read. Dr Churchman is the most caring, Helpful advice. Best DR I KNOW. Never have to sit and wait for long.

Dr Andrada is a great doctor I would highly recommended him, his the only doctor that got me off a medication I was stuck on for 20 years.

The workers are very professional, the space is clean and I didn't wait too long past the actual appointment time to see the doctor

This is my first one star review. Truly disheartened by the lack of care by the staff and Dr Andrada. Please avoid at all costs! I had several medical issues that I wanted to clarify with him, but wasted 40 minutes on a busy work day waiting for my Telehealth call. The staff couldn’t care less when I asked for updates. I was also never told that my results were ready. The first clinic that hadn’t sent me an email or text with this information. Unbelievably unprofessional! And truly disappointing as my health is in bad shape and the last thing you want is added stress!

Very good atmosphere, Short wait time, very respectful and great doctors that listen and try to do the best for me. Waiting room clean tidy and comfortable.

I had to change from Andrada won't say Dr he left me suffering from intestine infection 4 months I was in a bad way every month he waved me off it's nothing till I got second opinion from another clinic I was gunna die i didn't even get Apology from Andrada so I c Dr Churchman he's great couldn't ask for better he has a heart

Amazing medical clinic, polite and helpful staff and very modern building. Dr Guy Churchman in particular is by far and away the most professional and helpful doctors i have ever known.
Best medical clinic in melbourne no questions asked.

I’ve been wait for over 1 hour, one of the receptionist didn’t do her job to tell doctor and lie to me said the doctor had meeting. So disappointed and wasted lots of my time, I will never go to this clinic because terrible reception.
