Happy with the visit and consultation. Appt was spot on time, which impressed me, as Doctors usually are always running well behind schedule. So thank you. Consultation was short but very objective and clear, with a treatment and follow up action plan.

Dr Ling is awesome, I've been seeing Dr Ling for years and has saved my life with her tenacity to get to the bottom of my symptoms and get the proper help. Best doctor I have seen and my whole family see her and love her.

Medical Centre Frankston is a well-run practice where I am able to regularly see my own doctor who bulk bills. The staff are helpful and are always available to book appointments by phone or on-line. There is also a good choice of male and female doctors. There is a good nurses room available for small procedures and blood tests on site.

I am so appalled by the way I was treated today. The doctor was so rude, condescending and insulting. The doctor was just wanting to brush off his insults and continue with the appointment. I left the room to speak with the receptionist (whom was absolutely lovely and caring) to request to speak with another doctor to only be told he is the only one available at the time. The doctor did not care at all. I left the clinic shaking and in tears.

Nurses were great here. Professionals and friendly. I can't say the same for Dr Samanta. He was not interested and he probably took less than 2 minutes to diagnose. I had a bleeding ear and could feel it was swollen. Upon his diagnosis, there was nothing wrong. He claimed there was no bleeding nor swelling, just some "white stuff" were his exact words. Just a waste of my time.

Am sure other doctors are great. However to the urgency of my case, they gave a doctor who was not interested in his job. I would advise seeing him again. Was grateful to the nurse who fitted me in.

Gave 2 stars for the lovely nurses. Otherwise, it would zero stars for the doctor. Avoid the doctor at all costs.

I was able to see my preferred doctor and as normal she looked after me in a kind and respectful way

I will never go back after a female doctor gave me the run around with my pain patches and made me out to be a liar, told me to contact her in four days time because it was too soon for her to print a script off! Then when I call her she said you will have to follow that up for yourself with your pain specialist! And huffed at me on the phone-so I hung up on her, I have proof that she lied to me because I had my Ndis support worker with me-PLEASE BRING BACK some down to earth doctors for goodness sake’s and allow people with genuine health problems that are disabled a chance at living! Discraceful way to treat a disabled person!

Excellent surgery. Have been coming here for many years. Reception is lovely & the Drs are great. It’s great to be able to get blood testing done on site too.
