Barbara looked after me, who helped with my private health insurance with Medibank. Barbara made getting my policy easy; she explained everything in detail and clarified things I was unsure of. Barbara went above and beyond to help me find the right cover for my needs. She even gave me 30 day cooling off period to make an informed decision. Thank you, Barbara, for all of your assistance and advice.

My wife rang Medibank on my behalf (as I'm deaf) but they weren't really helpful.
The reviews didn't look promising but had to try anyway. I got lucky and was the only person there and saw Denise straight away. She was very helpful in that she explained that the phone oprerator didn't help my wife because she didn't have consent to speak on my behalf, the phone operator failed to tell my wife that! Denise changed the consent for me and also explained in better detail about whether I would be covered with the item numbers given to me. I'm giving Denise 5 stars because she was lovely, understanding and helped me out. Medibank Private I hope you keep the branches open because they work!

Waited 50 min only one staa member to serve. Pathetic member with medibank gor 35 years

Poor service. So many times staff make mistakes.
Have contacted online staff. Still making mistakes.
Have been told I will be contacted by phone from someone. Nothing has happened.

The staff really aren't happy here and don't enjoy working.
